TURNAROUND TIMES

• Most prints take 2-5 business days to produce depending on the print medium selected plus 2-3 business days time in transit.  Gallery and Limited Edition prints can take 7-10 business days to produce plus 2-3 business days time in transit.  (Note: Please be mindful of potential production/shipping delays nationwide due to Covid)

• International shipments will be charged at cost - please email in advance of ordering for a quote.

• Print sizes over 30X40 may have additional crating / shipping charges - please email for a quote.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

​

• Any items damaged in shipping will be replaced, but need to be reported within 15 days of receipt/delivery - photos of the damage to the item/s (and box if applicable) need to be emailed to: brandymareechenoweth@gmail.com

• Only Limited Edition prints damaged in shipping will need to be returned, however a return shipping label will be supplied, so there is no additional cost to you. Confirmation of the item in transit will be needed before a Remake is started.

PRINTING ISSUES

 

• If you receive an item that appears to have a materials defect, printing defect or color issue please call or email, so I can make sure the issue is addressed on the Remake. Printing issues need to be reported within 15 days of receipt/delivery and if the item needs to be returned to inspect a possible materials defect a return shipping label will be supplied.

RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND

 

• I want my buyers to be happy, but these are art pieces and chances of damage on returned shipments is high and can't always be resold, so the policy is to Remake or Exchange before issuing refunds. In instances where a Refund is appropriate and granted, a refund would require order items be returned at customers expense before order item/s are refunded and any shipping costs are non-refundable.

PRIVACY and SECURITY

 

• Customers do not need to set up an account to place an order and any data collected during the secure checkout process is not stored or used for any purpose other than payment and shipping on this site.  This site using Wix Payment for it's processing here is their statement about security compliance: The security of our users' financial transactions is extremely important to us at Wix Payments and we are 100% committed to protecting you, as well as your customers.
